Meet Tiffany, your Orange County IBCLC

International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Nurse (RN) with a decade of experience working with families in the NICU and Postpartum settings

Parents usually contact me when:

  • baby is feeding constantly and doesn’t seem satisfied

  • weight checks and pediatrician visits are stressful

  • breasts are in pain or nipples are damaged

  • they’re told to supplement without a plan to protect supply

  • pumping is confusing

  • they’re concerned about milk supply

    OR

  • they want to learn about lactation and prepare before baby is born

All of this is relatable to me because I experienced every kind of breastfeeding challenge with my child: sore nipples, low supply, mastitis, and pumping through night shifts as a new nurse. I know exactly how isolating and overwhelming that feels.

That experience lit a fire in me, along with working in Maternal-Child health in the NICU and LDRP unit. I set out to become the expert I desperately needed: knowledgeable, compassionate, and relatable.

My mission is to empower families with education, skills, and inclusive support in their breastfeeding journey. Whatever your goal — breast/chestfeeding, pumping, or combo feeding, I got you.

Arbor Vitae means “Tree of Life” in Latin. The literal and figurative symbolism of lactation was the inspiration behind my business name. From the actual anatomy of the mammary ducts of the breasts to the nourishing of babies with milk made perfectly for them, lactation is a special design that nature intended to bond mothers and babies.
